Theory

(1) CO2 Laser

The wavelength of CO2 laser is 10.6μm, which can be fully absorbed by human biology tissue (all the skin is available). The sealed-off fractional CO2 laser, whose output laser-light will be transferred by articulated arm, which has a better sense of direction and higher energy density.

The CO2 laser operates in the invisible infrared waveband, and an aiming beam is required to see where the treatment beam will impact tissue more recently from a visible red diode laser. When the laser beam goes through the focus lens, the produced heat will gasify the target tissue.

With fractional laser resurfacing the laser beam is broken up or fractionated into many small micro beams which are separated so that when they strike the skin surface small areas of the skin between the beams are not hit by the laser and left intact. These small areas of untreated skin promote a much more rapid recovery and healing with less risk of complications. The small areas treated by the fractional micro beams, called micro treatment zones, cause sufficient laser injury to promote new collagen production and resultant facial skin rejuvenation.

 

 

Intimate Laser is a non-invasive laser pelvic floor repair technology without surgery. (2) Q-Switch

Adopting Q-mode, the laser instantly emits high energy to effectively break down pigments in the lesion tissue. That is, the principle of light burst: the high energy gathered by the laser is emitted instantly, which makes the fixed wavelength laser penetrate the epidermis in a very short time (only 6nm) to reach the diseased tissues instantly, and quickly smash the corresponding pigment, and the corresponding pigment group expands extremely fast by heat, and instantly bursts and breaks up, and a part of the (superficial epidermis) pigment group pops out of the body in succession, and a part of the (tissue-based) pigment group breaks up into the fine particles which can be phagocytosed by the macrophage in the body, and is digested by the macrophage, and finally discharged out of the body through the circulation of the lymphatic system. After being digested by macrophages, the pigment will be discharged out of the body through the lymphatic system of the human body, and the pigment of the diseased tissues will gradually become lighter until it disappears, while the surrounding normal skin tissues will not form any damage due to non-absorption of the fixed wavelength laser.
